I began as a warehouse worker at a London production company and rose to Project Manager—a journey fueled by curiosity, dedication, and a love for the craft. From the moment I first touched a console or adjusted a projector, I understood the magic that technical precision can bring to an event, and I’ve spent years honing that skill to create seamless, unforgettable experiences.
I’ve worked at iconic venues such as The O2, Royal Albert Hall, Wembley Stadium, and prestigious hotel chains across London. Along the way, I’ve learned that the heartbeat of every event isn’t just equipment—it’s the people who operate it. Every project has been a masterclass in teamwork, creativity, and innovation, and it’s this insight that inspired The Crewman: to build teams that deliver excellence every single time.

I began my journey at a young age, working agency jobs across different venues, slowly climbing the ladder to senior positions within the very same spaces. That full-circle experience shaped not only my skills but also my deep respect for the people who make events possible. Today, when I see agency staff stepping in to deliver service, I’m reminded of how far I’ve come—and how much potential there is in every role.
From the Royal Society of Arts to the Royal Opera House, and now at art’otel London, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge about how events operate from the venue’s perspective. One thing has become crystal clear: venue operations and the teams executing them are the true backbone of success.
This journey has taught me that great service is not just about execution—it’s about presence, passion, and precision. And it’s this belief that fuels The Crewman: building teams who don’t just work events, but elevate them into unforgettable experiences.

With a background in Accounting and Marketing, hospitality and events were never part of the plan. Yet what began as a part-time hustle—working as a barista in a small Piccadilly Circus coffee shop—soon became the defining path of my career. From stepping into the kitchen as a chef for an Italian chain to growing into an Events Professional at iconic venues like InterContinental London and The Royal Opera House, my journey has been one of transformation and discovery.
To gain a holistic view of the industry, I also worked as a freelancer in multiple roles, which revealed just how dynamic and versatile this world truly is. Over time, I realized that hospitality isn’t just a profession—it’s a passion, an ever- evolving field with opportunities for those willing to embrace it.
Today, that passion drives The Crewman—an agency built on experience, adaptability, and a belief that the right people can shape extraordinary events.
